The final numbers are in, and 2025 recorded the lowest number of property sales in the Fraser Valley since at least 2000. When you factor in that the region’s population has grown by an estimated 60–70% over the past 25 years, it really highlights just how slow the market has been. As a result of this reduced activity, average sale prices also declined in 2025.
