As summer winds down and fall approaches, we’ve been treated to another stretch of beautiful weather before the cooler days set in.
In the market, September sales are shaping up to be slightly lower than August, which is fairly typical as the first week or two of September often start off slowly after a quiet end to August. That said, we’ve noticed a bump in overall activity recently, and historically October tends to bring stronger sales totals, so it will be interesting to see if that trend carries through. Still, it’s worth noting that activity and sales don’t always move in step, especially in a market like this where buyers are patient and selective.
